Attention Educators!
The Mojave Environmental Education Consortium (MEEC) - is making Standards-Based environmental resources available to all educators throughout the Antelope Valley. The AVAQMD is a proud sponsoring partner of MEEC, a public/private partnership administered under the umbrella of the California Regional Environmental Education Community (CREEC). CREEC/MEEC's combined mission is to link teachers with high quality environmental education resources to improve the environmental literacy of California's students.
The AVAQMD houses MEEC's Environmental Resource Library, where teachers can check out standards-based materials to use in their classroom, free of charge. The library is open during regular AVAQMD business hours.
